CARIMER is pleased to announce that representatives will be attending the annual Sickle-cell disease conference sponsored by the NIH in Kingston, Jamaica on October 26 and 27.

We would like to encourage interested individuals to meet with our representatives to explore bringing clinical trials to the Caribbean. We will be excited to explain the many advantages available by bringing clinical studies to islands in the Caribbean.
